Certified personal property appraisals covering residential contents, antiques, livestock, farm machinery, heavy equipment, vehicles, firearms, and collectibles — for estates, lending institutions, attorneys, and private clients.
Bid From Anywhere
Online Auctions & the Online Auction Showroom
Most of our sales run as online-only auctions using a soft-close format — bidding stays open until a set closing time (typically around 6:00 PM), and any late bid on a lot extends that lot’s closing so nothing sells in the final seconds. You can bid from anywhere; you never have to be in the room.
Items for our online showroom auctions — small tools, antiques, collectibles, firearms, and quality household items — are on display for preview and available for pickup at our dedicated Online Auction Showroom:
- 1641 Deadwood Ave., Suite B, Rapid City, SD — lower level (west side) of the Lind Exco Building
- Enter through the Dakota Business Center parking lot to the west, then around to the lower level
- ±3,500 sq. ft. of heated & air-conditioned, well-lighted showroom space
- Easy loading, paved parking, restroom — and the coffee is always on
